With the Tokyo Game Show just around the corner, there are some exciting announcements coming up for PSP owners. Last week, we heard that Square Enix will be showing playable versions of Dissidia and Kingdom Hearts at the event. Today, Capcom have revealed the list of upcoming titles that they will be bringing to Tokyo, when the convention kicks off on October 10th. The confirmed games on show from the company are:
- Resident Evil 5 (PS3, Xbox 360)
- Bionic Commando (PS3, Xbox 360)
- Street Fighter IV (PS3, Xbox 360)
- Monster Hunter 3 tri- (Wii)
- Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom (Wii)
- Dead Rising (Wii)
- Fate Unlimited Codes (PS2)
- Mega Man Star Force 3 (NDS)
- Gyakuten Kenji (NDS)
- Devil Kings : Battle Heroes (PSP)
Devil Kings: Battle Heroes is a spinoff of Capcom's successful PS2 hack 'n slash battlefield franchise. In the console game, players took on hordes of enemy soldiers in a manner similar to the Dynasty Warriors series. For the PSP game, Capcom has scaled back the combat a bit to make it a 2 on 2 arcade fighter. We expect that fans of the PS2 games will be excited to see if their favorite characters made the cut for the PSP verison, and we look forward to hearing more about this game from the show floor in Tokyo.
